Our client is looking for a Bilingual PA to provide first class administrative support to the Managing Director to make his day-to-day life as smooth as possible and secondly to aid the Senior Management Team by managing and supporting their output.

With a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar PA position to directorship level you will be able to work effectively, even during times of pressure, and have the ability to organise your work schedule efficiently and independently. You must be confident, professional with a sociable manner. You must demonstrate an abundance of initiative applied problem solving techniques, common sense and the ability to adopt a methodical approach to work related matters. Accuracy and attention to detail are very important as is the ability to work on your own initiative, proactive and to cope in a changing environment.
