Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Agent for their busy Estepona office. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including dealing with incoming and outgoing calls. Dealing with customer queries in a professional manner and completing paperwork accurately.  You will also deal with other offices within the group and complete various administration tasks. You will be responsible as and when to contact clients with regards to outstanding payments.  You will also be responsible for collating monthly statistics for reporting purposes. Candidates must be fluent in Swedish, Spanish and English and possess good computer skills.

Salary is €1200 net per month

Administrator / Receptionist – San Pedro

Our client is searching for an Administrator / Receptionist to handle all administration tasks and support the sales team. You will data input for the sales team, answer all incoming calls and prepare daily reports for management. You will monitor web based Live Support, handle client administration problems, upload Virtual Tours and Stills to Web and arrange the photography diary. In addition to invoicing and Banking, dealing with walk in clients where necessary and any ad hoc tasks relating to office management. The work hours are 40 hours per week 10am – 7pm (1 hour lunch) and you must be bi lingual English / Spanish.                                        

Salary is €12,000pa net contracted
