Job Description: |
Our client is searching for a Financial Assistant whose responsibilities will include:
Accounting transactions, typically purchase invoices, expenses, sundry items Timely recording of payments and receipts Daily banking monitoring and account position Preparation of payment schedules for submission and approval Handling payment transactions as directed Master data maintenance Monthly bank account reconciliation in payroll, sales and purchases Supporting Office Manager in processing sales invoices Handling external and internal correspondence Dealing with queries, requests and other ad hoc projects Your professional profile: Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a similar position or finance graduate with the desire to develop their personal career Knowledge of accounting systems, preferably Sage line 50 Expertise in using relevant software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Your personal profile: Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of tight deadlines Outstanding organizational skills as well as accuracy and attention to detail Proven written and verbal communication skills A consummate professional, acting with integrity and loyalty in all dealings with internal and external clients Salary: 25k – 28k |
