Job Description:

Our client is searching for a Company Administration Assistant to assist the Company Administration section with the administration of a portfolio of companies. You will be educated to O level, with passes at in English and Mathematics and be familiar with the main office productivity software. Experience of office environment and attentive to detail essential.
You will be required to work on the preparation of payment instructions, and monitoring execution of instructions. Preparation of minutes, and anciliary documents and production and submission of government returns. Ensuring that statutory records and minute books are up to date and accurate and maintenance of client data within the primary management information systems. Preparation of routine correspondence with clients and their advisers. Liaising with clients and their advisers in respect of routine issues, via telephone and other electronic interface, subject to guidance from supervisor.

You will live locally.
