Our client is searching for a Bingo Marketing Manager to be responsible for establishing the company's ongoing bingo marketing strategy, and driving the implementation of this strategy as well as ongoing analysis of the campaigns. The role will involve working closely with the Marketing teams to ensure the effective marketing of the Bingo product and services.
Responsibility for the following areas: • To focus on the development and implementation of the online marketing strategy, which requires a hands-on approach to areas including online media buying, Affiliate marketing and coordinating SEO and SEM activities. • Effectively manage the Bingo marketing budget • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of expenditure against communications objectives, report findings with recommendations for future improvement. • Complete responsibility for online marketing strategy and E-marketing plan including data analysis, audience segmentation and search engine optimisation. • Responsible for all design and content of communications materials. • Manage marketing relationships with external agencies. • Liaising with product team to ensure constant benchmarking and price comparisons. • Responsible for all internal communications, including content, promotions, frequency, player segmentation and general newsletters. • Instrumental in the development of various marketing initiatives, including Email Marketing Campaign, Search Engine Optimisation, Customer Retention, Partnership Management, Competitor Analysis, Promotions and PR. Standards and Quality: • To adopt a flexible approach to all tasks, seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve personal performance. • To present an outward facing professional image when representing the company. • Responsibility for ensuring that all documentation in relation to tasks conducted are stored within the internal Company domain in a logical and tidy fashion using the folders allocated. ESSENTIAL SKILLS • Previous experience within online marketing, including an awareness of analysis techniques and issues and an interest in online gaming. • Familiar with online marketing methodologies. • Direct Marketing skills. • The ability to think commercially and strategically in developing a clear insight for the CRM programme. Salary is 30k - 35k and based on experience. |
