Our client, one of the coasts most successful companies, is actively looking for a native Spaniard to work as Property Broker Manager for a major British Real Estate company who sell overseas property principally to investors living in Spain. A high level of English is required, along with experience of team management & sales training, probably gained in a call-centre or telemarketing environment.
You must be dynamic, passionate about sales and delivering the very highest standards. There will be a fixed salary for the first 3 months (which is flexible), after which you will receive an override on the sales of your team. The anticipated first year OTE is €75k |
