Comprising 3 small businesses under one parent company this would be an extremely attractive role for someone with at least 2 years company management experience, fluent in Spanish and English and who has very good geographical knowledge of the local area.
Whilst the company would prefer a candidate who has experience of the real estate sector, this is not essential. You should be a car owner, have experience of both press and online marketing and have lived in Spain for a minimum of 2 years. You should have a stable work background as this company want somebody who can help develop the business over the long term. The role is going to be very varied, so a flexible, hands on approach is important. There are currently 6 employees, all of whom are happy to share in each others responsibilities. A full employment contract, salary of €20,000pa and bonus are offered. |
