Our client is searching for a Website Usability Manager who is interested in making a key contribution to the design and ongoing improvement of the online presence and user-friendliness of this key website. You must be able put yourself in the shoes of different user groups and do you have an excellent feel for user experience und usability in online portals. You will have the skills to develop concepts for the functional range of websites using wireframes and optimise existing websites through analysis and testing.
Your responsibilities In cooperation with Product Management and Web Design, you will be responsible for the user guidance and functionality of the website. In the conception and improvement of online features, you will ensure that the subsequent product is simple to use and easy to understand. Using basic concepts and targets you will compile wireframes and user interaction flow diagrams in order to provide an initial visual illustration of the operation of a page and thereby act as the major interface between the development and conception of the product and our web designers. Your professional profile You possess several years of practical/professional experience in the conception and realisation of interactive websites and in-depth knowledge of usability standards and norms. You are accomplished in the utilisation of Web technologies, CMS systems and Web analytics. You are proficient in Visio, Photoshop or similar programmes and can utilise these programs to produce mock-ups/wireframes. You are an outstanding team player and have excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred skills You have an in-depth understanding of current internet trends. You possess a professional qualification within the field of digital media/e-business with a focus on interaction design, software ergonomics or media design. Good spoken and written English.
