Job Description:

Our client is searching for a HR Recruiter to complement the existing HR team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provision of support for technical departments in the compilation of professional profiles and job descriptions
• Development, management and regulation of a HR consultant network
• The focused search for suitable candidates
• Management of advertisements and coordination of relevant internal and external communication
• Opening up of additional and innovative recruiting channels and sourcing strategies
• Development of concepts to improve personnel selection
• Review and selection of job applications received
• Supervision of and participation in personnel selection (interviews, assessment centres)
• Documentation and reporting of all recruiting activities
• Updating of candidate and personnel services databases
• Cooperation with the Personnel Marketing department


Your professional profile:

• Several years of professional experience in a similar HR role
• Experience in the evaluation of candidates and analysis of potential
• Proficient user of modern recruiting tools and MS Office
• In-depth practical knowledge of various interviewing techniques
• Fluent written and spoken English

• A communicative, persuasive personality able to function under pressure
• The ability to grasp differing profile requirements swiftly and function in an extremely dynamic environment
• A diplomatic, friendly and helpful manner
