Job Description:

Our client is searching for a Trust Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of High Net Worth Clients, with a focus on effective trust corporate administration.

You will be

• Experienced Corporate or Trust Administrator with minimum 3 years experience
• Educated to A level, ideally Degree Level
• Holder of relevant Professional Qualification
• Familiar with the legal framework for trust and company administration and the regulatory environment in which regulated fiduciaries operate.

You will be responsible for

• Management of a team of Trust and Company administrators.
• Liaison with clients and their advisers regarding the day to day management of active companies & trusts. Maintenance of accounting records for active companies & trusts.
• Maintenance and control of documentary evidence to support audit trail for accounting purposes.
• Preparation of correspondence on behalf of client companies.
• Oversight of client company activity to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Maintenance and management of client assets, including cash and where appropriate trading assets.
• Maintenance and control of statutory records including minuting meetings and arranging filings.
• Develop and market management of active companies to introducers of business.
• Undertake and manage full time recording and supervise client billing process
