Job Description:

Our client is searching for an Affiliate Account Manager to help develop, manage and grow a worldwide affiliate programme for sportsbook, bingo, casino, games and poker.

Responsibilities:

• Activating new affiliates and re-activating lapsed affiliates.
• Review and report on key affiliate activity and performance including acquisitions, retention and attrition.
• Maintain regular contact with affiliates and build strong relationships.
• Identify and implement creative initiatives that improve affiliate performance, retention and exploit new growth opportunities.
• Ensure that affiliate tracking codes are in place and working correctly.
• Ownership and resolution of key affiliate technical, commercial and operational issues.
• Management of affiliate banner farm and tracking systems.
• Ensure marketing spend, promotions and specific initiatives are to budget and deliver measurable results for both parties.
• Internal cross-departmental communication with people at all levels in the organisation.
• Broker Deals.
• Internet Research and Lead Generation.
• Competitor analysis.

Requirements

• One to two years affiliate experience, preferably within a gambling environment.
• A greater knowledge or experience in Sportsbook or Casino would be a bonus.
• Sales orientated personality.
• Ability to learn quickly, working independently and in a team setting.
• Strong judgment and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
• Strong analytical/reporting skills required with an intermediate/advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to build excellent working relationships internally and externally.
• Self-starter with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Confidence to liaise with and influence senior management when required.
• Highly enthusiastic and motivated.
• A team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
• Flexible attitude to working hours – weekends and evenings included.
• European languages, particularly Spanish, would be a bonus.
