Our client, an online gaming company in Gibraltar, is searching for a Poker Customer Services Specialist. You must have online Poker experience and be able to liaise with clients both by phone and e mail and provide them with unparalleled standards of customer care in relation to their betting / gaming experience. The role is to ensure that problems and queries are dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate manner. Our client provides on-line support to its clients on a 24/7 basis, therefore this role will require you to work shifts.
You must live locally. Salary is £18k - £20k depending on experience and 30 days holiday |
