As a result of our expansion of our Igaming client base we are looking for Russian Customer Support Agents to work for a prestigious online gaming company based on the beautiful island of Malta.
Essential qualifications: • Native speakers, with the ability to translate from English to their native language. • Fluent in English, written and spoken. • Computer literate. • Polite and able to work in a team. • Able to work on a 24/7 schedule. • Residing in Malta or willing to relocate there. Bonus qualifications (not essential): • Interest in and knowledge about the iGaming industry. • A university degree. • Previous experience in the sector. • Previous experience making out-bound calls. The role entails communicating and assisting customers via e-mail and live chat in native language and English. Phone assistance may also be required.
