One of the worlds premier timeshare (yes, we know they don't like that name) companies are looking for 8 x sales executives to work from a number of locations along the Costa Del Sol.
A comprehensive training course and mentoring are offered. To qualify for this role you must possess at least 2 years face to face sales experience as well as the following: Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and demonstrate a hunger for success Entrepreneurial with the ability to think outside the box Driven to hit targets and deadlines and work on their own initiative Have excellent customer service, communication and people skills Fluent in English, other languages are an asset (Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Russian) Computer literate (Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Explorer) The company can offer: The opportunity to be a self-leader Manage your earning potential Comprehensive initial and ongoing training You will receive a full working contract, an excellent basic salary and lucrative commissions. VERY IMPORTANT; ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN FULFILL THE FOLLOWING: Attend a first interview on either Wednesday, 13 January, at 10:00 am or on Thursday, 14 January, at 02:00 pm For the first interview. This interview will consist of a group interview, an individual interview with Sales Managers as well as some written aptitude tests. The first interview will take approximately 4 hours. The second interview for candidates having successfully passed the first interview will take place in the morning of either Friday, 22 January or Tuesday, 26 January (date and time to be confirmed after the first interview). This interview will consist of some practical aptitude tests and will also take approximately 4 hours. A 10 days sales training which may also partly involve week-ends will take place from 8 till 19 February. The new Sales Professionals will then start working on 22 February. |
