A completely unique sales opportunity for a very driven telesales manager to help start up a new sales franchise in Spain.
This client needs to recruit a native English speaker who is hard working, ambitious, and very driven. You should have no fear of getting on the phone themselves and showing the team how to do it. The business they are in is debt consolidation, a booming industry at present. They want to start off with a team of around 10 telemarketers and build to 30 within 6 months. The role will be autonomo. As the role involves calling customers in the USA the hours are from 6pm to around 1am Mon to Fri. There will be a negotiable basic salary with the opportunity to earn around 5K in commissions p.m within the first 6 months, then unlimited - according to how fast and efficiently they can build a big team! |
