Palo Alto Marbella was launched in July 2016 and is one of Marbella΄s fastest selling developments. This luxury contemporary development which consists of 500+ units over several phases has proven extremely popular with clients from many different nationalities looking for a luxury contemporary first or second home in the sun.
To date over 50% of Phase 1 comprising 75 units has been sold.
Our brand awareness and lead generation programs since our launch have been very successful resulting in a high level of brand awareness and well qualified leads from both agents and clients in Marbella and further afield.
We are now looking to expand our team by engaging an experienced and energetic Telemarketing Representative. Experience in Telemarketing and Sales is essential. You must have a proven track record in Real Estate sales with knowledge of how to sell off-plan to multiple nationalities. You must also ideally have experience in selling premium Real Estate in Marbella over the phone and its surrounding area and be multi lingual.
Reporting into the Agent & Client Liaison Manager, your primary responsibilities will include contacting inbound qualified leads to introduce Palo Alto to them and to book tours with local buyers and inspection visits with international clients.
You must have:
At least 2 to 3 years experience
A proven track record in Real Estate Sales / Real Estate Telemarketing
Demonstrable success in working as part of a tight knit team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills: you must be likeable, eloquent, positive and engaging when dealing with clients.
Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is essential with in-depth knowledge of selling premium real estate off plan / the Marbella area over the phone a distinct advantage.
We will however consider candidates with a proven track record in B2B Sales or Recruitment.
Multi-lingual (preferable fluent English and fluent or a high level of Spanish and French. Other languages an advantage)
Computer literate with previous experience in using a CRM system such as Salesforce or Sugar
The position will initially be part time with the possibility extending to full time
An extremely competitive salary package including basic gross annual salary of 14,400 dependent on experience and paid pro-rata depending on hours worked and generous commissions
