This multi national corporation are currently hiring a Technology Sales Manager for the Italian Market to be based in their EMEA Inside Sales Operation in Malaga. This truly multicultural line of business has grown rapidly in last 10 years from 40 to over 1,000 people and has become the Talent Development Centre for EMEA. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and manage a team of Italian Internal Sales Representatives directly, within a defined geographical territory - Italy. Responsible for the team achieving sales targets. Growth of volume business throughout the Italy territory. Building on the existing revenue streams by a combination of direct and indirect selling with business partners. Building a strong working relationship with the field management team. Responsible for developing the sales team through motivating, coaching and staff selection. QUALIFICATIONS: A proven ability to achieve results within a sales environment. Delivery against previous sales targets set and effective selling techniques. Previous experience in managing and coaching a team of people. Demonstrate the ability to help employees follow through with key requirements for excellent performance and personal development. The ability to understand and effectively respond to the customers issues and to build credibility and customer confidence in capabilities. Ability to deal with complex problems, understand evaluate risks, apply personal insight and experience to business situations, make decisions where there is no precedent or formal procedures. Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills. Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with others. Fluency in English and Italian languages. The ability to multi-task - progressing several projects at the same time. 3rd level education.
