Our client, a very well funded international recruitment company, is looking for a talented individuals who have the desire to forge a career in the recruitment industry. You will be required to pre screen candidates and assess their suitability for roles that are on a global basis. You will need no prior knowledge of recruitment, albeit prior phone based sales would be an advantage, and have an attitude to learn, with the drive to be successful in a competitive marketplace. You will receive all the training required and an infinite number of candidates to contact via the phone, as such you will not be scared to pick it up! This is not a cold call role but requires that you have excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport quickly and assess candidate’s key skills. After an initial 4 month period you will progress to controlling vacancies and constant training will be provided to ensure you grow further in the role. You need to be a UK national, be aged 19 to 28 and be able to commence work at the beginning of January. So if you are looking for a sales type role that is something very different and are keen to learn skills in a lucrative industry this could be for you.
