A recently opened Bookstore/Restaurant in Sotogrande need to recruit an experienced Cocktail Bartender who is also proficient on the preparation of hot drinks.
You will be responsible for order taking, taking payment and keeping the area clean at all times. You should have at least 2 years experience of producing a wide range of popular cocktails and regard yourself as a true professional in this field. You must speak English fluently, other languages are an obvious advantage given the location. You must be very well presented, no visible tattoos, facial piercings etc. you will be dealing with discerning clients. The actual restaurant area has a modern design, with the very best equipment at your disposal, this really is a unique opportunity for someone who is capable of running this area with little supervision. The hours will initially be from 0900 to 18.30 from Monday to Friday, but they need flexibility . the salary will depend on your experience. |
