This very successful privately owned international property development company require a bi lingual accountant with at least 2 years experience in a similar role in Spain.
The job description and duties are as follows: Handling all day to day accounting matters Obtain and providing relevant accounting information to the FD for management accounts Document gathering for bank financing Purchase ledger Familiar with SAGE software Good knowledge of IVA/VAT Dealing with suppliers and payroll You will come from a legal, finance or specialist accountancy practice (in other words a professional serivces environment). Hours of business are 0800- 1800 Mon to Thursday, 0800-1200 Friday Salary negotiable, though not exceeding €2000 pcm to start (a monthly company bonus scheme is offered on top of the basic). |
