There are a number of cinema complexes on the Costa del Sol with three cinema complexes in Marbella, one in Malaga, Fuengirola and Benalmadena. You need to look for films that have V.O on them as this means they are the original version and thus in English, although the trailers may be in Spanish so do not leave if they are!
