Bingo Marketing Manager
Our client is searching for a Bingo Manager to develop and grow the already established bingo operation and associated products.
Job Responsibilities:
Day to day operation and performance of all Bingo products – 90 ball, 75 ball, slots, scratchcards & side games.
Game schedules, promotions, incentives & bonuses.
Develop & maintain strong relationships with third party suppliers.
Deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports to management and board of directors.
Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain market place awareness.
Develop and implement programmes for acquiring, reactivating and retaining Bingo players.
Manage support team and chat team to ensure highest levels of service and performance.
Generate new product ideas and recommend enhancements to existing products.
Provide support and be the point of escalation for Bingo queries.
Undertake security procedures and take action on any potential fraudulent activity.
Requirements:
Online product development and/or management experience.
Online Bingo experience and/or knowledge.
Targets motivated and results driven.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Customer focused with a desire to provide outstanding service
Highly numerate.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Team player with a pro-active attitude.
Flexible attitude towards working hours - evenings and weekends required.
